About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver engaging technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) projects to prospects.
  • Provide expertise in Crowdstrike’s browser security platform, explaining features, benefits, and deployment processes.
  • Partner with the sales team to identify customer requirements and craft tailored solutions leveraging Crowdstrike’s products.
  • Assist with RFP/RFI responses and develop technical proposals that align with customer needs.
  • Serve as the primary technical liaison between the customer, sales, and product teams.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical challenges during pre-sales and deployment processes.
  • Gather customer feedback to influence product development and enhancements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years in a pre-sales engineering role
  • Experience working for a browser security solution is a plus
  • Proficiency in browser security concepts (browser-based malware, phishing protection, DLP, browser exploits)
  • Experience with technologies such as SIEM/XDR, cloud-native platforms, ZTNA, VDI, and endpoint security
  • Ability to read/understand HAR files and net-export logs is a plus
  • Experience successfully communicating with and advising c-suite, senior management, and security architect-level customers/clients
  • Demonstrated success selling browser security, detection and response, or cloud computing services at the C-Suite and senior management levels.
  • Experienced and comfortable presenting complex security and computing concepts to large audiences both virtually and in person.
