About the role
- Maintain ownership of assigned customer accounts and facilitate high levels of customer satisfaction
- Perform threat hunting, research dark web data, and analyze tailored threat intelligence for CAO Elite customers
- Prepare and deliver customer presentations relating to intelligence reports and threat hunting findings
- Respond to customer requests regarding threat intelligence, threat hunting, and dark web monitoring
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in incident response or security operations
- 5+ years of experience in threat hunting, cyber threat intelligence, or dark web monitoring
- Exemplary organizational skills with the ability to communicate both executive and detailed level findings to clients
- Presentation delivery experience with stakeholders from individual contributors to executives
- Experience conducting threat hunting or managing incident response for organizations
- Knowledge of cyber threat intelligence terminology and data communication concepts and technologies
- Ability to travel on short notice, up to 5% of the time
