About the role

  • Manage comprehensive technical training programs, including a comprehensive T3 (train-the-trainer) program with our Distributors ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
  • Develop and manage project plans, resource allocation plans, and project schedules to ensure successful project execution
  • Track T3 program requirements and coordinate ongoing T3 training sessions for Distributors and continuous education touchpoints aligned with new product launches
  • Orchestrate global efforts to deploy internal technical sales enablement and external partner enablement capabilities, optimizing a a consistent structure, collateral, coursework, and in-person sessions to scale technical enablement internally and externally
  • Develop performance support tools (role-based skill assessments, videos, guides, job aids, etc) that reinforce knowledge retention and skill application
  • Collaborate with Technical Sales Enablement Manager and subject matter experts to ensure accreditation strategy and content is accurate and relevant, driving the pre-sales credentials program and managing all digital badging.
  • Create experiences (webinars, roundtables, events, spotlights, etc) to drive the benefits to all CrowdStrike Champions
  • Collaborate with Partner Program Readiness Managers to execute programs and for all reporting to demonstrate business impact
  • Assist in managing, developing and maintaining all skills learning paths for technical sellers internally and across all external partners

Requirements

  • 10+ years experience developing and managing skills and/or technical enablement programs
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
  • Proven expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
  • Experience with learning management systems and digital credentialing and badging platforms
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex initiatives
  • Excellence in stakeholder management and communication, with a proactive communications style to broaden understanding, drive adoption and garner feedback
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and work effectively under time constraints and with instructional base subject to frequently changing priorities; must be a self-starter who displays excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Experience translating business needs into technical requirements
  • Marketing and communication skills for program promotion
  • Certification program development experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Must be proficient with PowerPoint, Excel, Articulate Rise or other instructional design tools
