As a Lead Salesforce Engineer, you will drive Crowdstrike’s growth through Core Tech, Go To Market IT Apps Team.
Enforce the security architecture and standards for the Salesforce platform.
Lead the implementation and management of security tools and controls within the Salesforce environment.
Oversee the performance, scalability, and health of the Salesforce org(s).
Collaborate with IT Security, Compliance, and other engineering teams to align Salesforce security and platform policies.
Build Next-Gen integrations and Platform experiences; retire legacy integrations.
Mentor other developers on the team and review their artifacts.

Requirements

8+ Years of Experience in development on Salesforce Applications
3+ Years of Experience working on Refactoring or Platform Improvement projects.
Knowledge of all Salesforce configuration types along with their performance implications.
Platform App Builder and Platform Developer Certificates
Bonus Points: Salesforce Certifications (Platform Developer II, Application Architect, System Architect)
