- Lead and grow a high-performing team of Sales Engineers supporting U.S. Federal Civilian business
- Guide technical pre-sales efforts
- Mentor engineering talent
- Drive solution alignment across a portfolio of federal customers
- Work closely with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and Threat Intelligence teams
- Ensure platform aligns with federal mission requirements, acquisition strategies, and compliance frameworks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
- Prior experience leading Federal Civilian Sales Engineering teams
- CJIS clearance
- Strong technical aptitude
- Sales engineering background or 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Ability to travel as required
