About the role

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team of 6+ Enterprise Sales Development Reps
  • Coaching reps on strategies and techniques for prospecting into whitespace Enterprises and also increasing cross-sell into existing Enterprise customers
  • Coach and develop reps on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals opportunities
  • Work with marketing to ensure lead SLAs are being hit + marketing campaigns are being executed on to drive results
  • Partner closely with Regional Directors, Sales Managers, and Marketing teams to execute on territory plans, run high-impact campaigns and continuously refine our prospecting approach to meet the needs of a rapidly expanding customer base
  • People development, operational excellence, and deliver results

Requirements

  • Experience as a SDR Leader or sales manager; a highly successful manager of a frontline sales/SDR team
  • Experience driving business results for a hi-tech company preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce reporting and BI tools like Tableau
  • Proven ability to hire, develop and promote top sales talent
  • Understands the cybersecurity landscape preferred
  • Fast learner, motivated, driven, passionate
  • Project Management experience and the ability to proactively identify new business opportunities, build a plan to capitalise on it and execute
  • A true people person who consistently delivers results no matter the challenges
  • An engaging communication style with the ability to inspire, coach and develop your team
  • Fluency in English and a Nordic/Benelux language
