About the role
- Own the full lifecycle of the Delivery Team, including vision, planning, roadmap, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
- Partner with IT delivery managers and technical leads to ensure effective backlog management and sprint planning.
- Ensure platforms meet performance expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Act as the primary interface between the IT Product team and business stakeholders.
- Define, measure, and report KPIs that reflect platform success and user value.
- Drive adoption of a product-driven culture within IT.
- Streamline intake and delivery processes for faster time-to-value.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of experience in technical product management, with a focus on IT platforms and internal applications.
- Strong background in platform/application lifecycle management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven ability to work closely with IT delivery teams in an Agile environment.
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs tied to platform performance, availability, and satisfaction.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, WorkBoard, Confluence, or similar platforms.
