Requirements
8+ years of experience in product design, UX design, or related roles, with a portfolio showcasing complex workflows, conversational interfaces, or enterprise-scale digital products.
Expertise in UX for AI/ML applications: Familiarity with designing for AI-powered interactions, conversational design, or agent-based experiences.
End-to-end design skills: Strength in both interaction design and visual design, with the ability to bring concepts to life through polished prototypes and clear storytelling.
User research capability: Experience planning and conducting research to inform design decisions, especially for novel or ambiguous problem spaces.
Working knowledge of AI/ML concepts: Comfort translating AI functionality and limitations into meaningful user-facing experiences.
Governance-aware design mindset: Understanding of responsible AI principles and ability to design within regulated or sensitive contexts.
Collaboration & communication: Strong ability to align stakeholders around design solutions and advocate for user experience throughout the product lifecycle.
Adaptability: Comfort working in fast-evolving environments, iterating quickly as both AI capabilities and business needs change.
