About the role
- Ensure cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and utensils.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene and safety standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning products and place necessary orders.
- Coordinate dishwashing activities with the rest of the kitchen team.
- Participate in training new members of the dishwashing team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Report any anomalies or malfunctions of dishwashing equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' professional experience in a similar position
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Proficiency in HACCP standards and regulations
- Experience managing inventory of cleaning products
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good physical condition to perform repetitive physical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
