About the role
- hold psychological consultation hours
- develop mental health and emergency prevention programs
- contribute to the development and monitoring of partnership projects
- participate in the Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) program
- train staff and student temporary workers in Mental Health First Aid (PSSM)
- meet with staff seeking psychological consultations
- implement procedures for managing acute situations
- work to establish links with healthcare providers and services
- implement suicide prevention measures
- assist in managing conflict situations
- organize appointment schedules
- meet residents for an initial consultation
- work closely with residence teams
- submit a quarterly report to management
- occasionally run awareness workshops or information booths
Requirements
- Qualification as a clinical psychologist required
- Provide psychological consultations via teleconsultation, video call or in person
- Preparation of prevention and awareness materials
- Training or experience in occupational/work psychology preferred
- Project management experience preferred, but internal training can be provided
- Accredited Mental Health First Aid (PSSM) instructor preferred, but internal training possible
- Mediation skills preferred, but internal training possible
- Proactive and able to propose initiatives
- Ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in project settings
- Strong interest in public health
- Organizational skills, rigor and ability to manage priorities
- Ability to work independently
- Fluent English preferred
- Experience working with young adults or students preferred
