About the role
- You identify relevant target companies, segment them precisely, and approach decision-makers in a structured way via email, LinkedIn, and phone
- You sometimes conduct initial conversations, analyze needs, timing, and decision-making structures, and hand qualified opportunities over to the sales team
- You consistently record all activities in the CRM, document next steps, and ensure transparent, reliable pipeline data
- You identify inactive contacts and opportunities from our extensive customer database and develop targeted re-engagement measures
- You coordinate closely with sales and marketing and optimize target audience approaches, lead quality, and messaging
- You manage your activities based on clear KPIs (e.g., meetings, conversion rates, pipeline contribution)
Requirements
- You have previous experience in an SDR/BDR role, inside sales, or structured lead management — ideally in a B2B context
- You work data-driven and systematically: cleanly segment target groups, test hypotheses, measure results, and implement learnings
- You write precise and persuasive messages — whether by email or LinkedIn. Your messages are clear, relevant, and to the point
- CRM is not a necessary evil for you but a core work tool. You keep status, next steps, and reason codes accurate and take responsibility for data quality
- You follow through: persistent in your goals, professional in tone, and structured in execution — until potential turns into real pipeline
