About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Direct clinical leadership for the Louisville outpatient opioid use disorder treatment center
  • Provide and oversee evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) services
  • Supervise and administer substance abuse treatment activities
  • Manage a targeted caseload in accordance with state regulations, ranging from 40–55 patients
  • Support patient care and recovery outcomes
  • Collaborate with counselors and clinical staff in an outpatient, office-based clinic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree (or equivalent) and/or minimum of five (5) years of experience working in addictions treatment
  • Must be a certified alcohol and drug counselor by the Board of Alcohol and Drug Counselors
  • LCADC with a CS
  • Must have at least one year of supervisory and administrative experience in the field of substance abuse treatment
  • Ability to work in an in-center, outpatient, office-based clinic
  • Commitment to evidence-based medication assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder
