About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage 8 centers (4 in VA and 4 in KY)
Deliver consistent business results by setting clear performance expectations
Execute against key performance indicators
Balance short-term demands with long-term strategic priorities
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Establish and drive achievement of business goals, objectives, and Key Performance Indicators
Analyze and respond to local market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards while adapting to evolving trends

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Health, Healthcare, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered.
Master’s degree in Human Services, Behavioral Health, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of five years of leadership or management experience required.
Experience in substance use disorder treatment and/or mental health services strongly preferred.
