About the role

  • Day in the Life: Provides individual counseling to highly complex patients
  • Conducts clinical assessments to appropriately assess patient’s treatment needs
  • Designs and updates the patient’s treatment plan, including care coordination, referrals, and discharge planning
  • Manages assigned caseload and compliance with clinical treatment requirements
  • Collaborates with nurses and providers to provide holistic treatment services
  • Facilitates urine drug screening for patients
  • Outpatient, office-based clinics across multiple states (GA, KY, NJ, NC, PA, TN, TX, VA) and related care delivery
  • Schedule and Hours: early morning schedule with early afternoon out times; Saturday rotation; 35 hours/week; 4:45 AM – 1:00 PM, Mon-Fri

Requirements

  • General experience working with underserved populations in a clinical setting.
  • Lived addiction experience is a plus.
  • Must have an LCAS (with a CS preferred)
