About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the connective tissue between product and GTM.
- Sit close to PMs and engineers to understand product development and translate into clear value.
- Own positioning and messaging across Crossmint's product portfolio including smart wallets and agentic payments.
- Develop narratives that resonate with fintech and agentic ICPs.
- Lead go-to-market for product launches end-to-end.
- Build the sales enablement engine through pitch decks and objection-handling guides.
- Own competitive intelligence and develop buyer personas.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–7+ years of B2B product marketing experience, ideally in crypto, payments, or fintech with proven impact on pipeline, win rate, and category awareness.
- Strong launch track record involving multi-product launches.
- Excellent writing skills creating pitch decks, one-pagers, and customer-facing documents.
- Customer-obsessed with experience in conducting interviews and synthesizing insights.
- Competitive intelligence instincts for building competitive programs.
- Comfortable with technical and developer-facing buyers, able to hold conversations with CTOs.
- Startup mindset: self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, fast learner.
- Strong cross-functional collaborator with proven ability to partner across teams.
