About the role
- Responsible for the performance of our clients' campaigns
- Close collaboration with clients, the creative team, and the performance team
- Developing, testing and scaling campaigns
- Strategic account management for clients in performance marketing
- Onboarding new clients in the paid-ads area and developing scalable campaign strategies
- Planning, managing and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok and Pinterest
- Developing and testing ad creatives together with our in-house design team
- Conducting audience, market and competitor analyses
- Analyzing KPIs, tracking and attribution to optimize campaigns based on data
- Preparing reports, analyses and presentations for clients
- Strategic consulting on growth, scaling and campaign structure
- Mentoring and supporting trainees in the paid-ads area
Requirements
- You have at least 2 years of experience in Paid Social / Performance Marketing
- You can actively scale campaigns, not just manage them
- You are a strategic thinker who also works hands-on
- You have a strong understanding of KPIs, tracking, attribution and data-driven optimization
- You take ownership and proactively develop solutions
- You enjoy working in a team and sharing knowledge
- You are located in one of the following time zones: GMT, CET or EET
- You have excellent German skills (C2) and very good English skills
