Director

• We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Director to join Redbox, Crossmedia’s analytics and business intelligence team. You will help lead the development and implementation of analytics solutions to evaluate and optimize marketing performance. Your expertise will guide clients in understanding the effectiveness of their media investments across various channels, driving strategic decisions and maximizing ROI.
• As a senior member of the team, you will partner closely with the Group Director to review project briefs, provide analytics leadership on client strategic challenges, and drive the development and execution of cross-channel measurement strategies. You will roll up your sleeves to analyze marketing mix models (MMM), design analytics frameworks, create data visualizations, optimize media investment, and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Director Analytics – Media

• Lead design, execution, and advancement of optimization strategies. Sitting at the intersection of our analytics team, and our biddable/performance media team, this role is responsible for unlocking measurable growth for clients by leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and our proprietary products and solutions.
• Unlike traditional leadership-only roles, this position both strategic and player coach. You will be the team lead in collaborating with our biddable team to ideate, design, and deliver optimization solutions across biddable platforms (programmatic, search, and social), while also shaping scalable frameworks and influencing cross-functional teams. You’ll be an advocate for data-backed decision making, a thought leader in automation and testing, and a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Define the agency’s optimization vision, aligning with the broader Analytics & Data Science strategy.
• Partner with media planning, biddable media, technology, and product teams to integrate optimization into campaign planning, execution, and measurement.
• Evangelize the role of optimization across the agency and with clients, highlighting its impact on business outcomes.
• Team collaboration in the optimization of campaigns across a wide range of platforms including DV360, The Trade Desk, Google Ads, SA360, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter/X, Pinterest, Amazon, Walmart Connect, Instacart.
• Apply audience segmentation, bid strategies, pacing, and budget allocation to maximize media efficiency (ROAS, CPA, LTV, brand lift).
• Build and refine testing roadmaps (A/B, multivariate, incrementality, geo tests) and execute them directly in-platform.
• Leverage predictive modeling, bidding algorithms, and automation in partnership with Data Science to enhance performance.
• Implement and monitor performance guardrails, pacing checks, and anomaly detection to ensure campaigns deliver consistently.
• Integrate attribution solutions, MMM, and cross-channel measurement to validate and optimize business outcomes.
• Deploy and test proprietary products & solutions, providing feedback for ongoing innovation.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients on optimization and performance measurement.
• Translate complex analytics into clear, compelling stories that connect optimization results to client business objectives.
• Present insights in a way that not only highlights what happened but also explains why it matters and what actions should follow.
• Provide thought leadership on evolving optimization techniques, automation, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and coach optimization and analytics professionals
• Foster a culture of innovation, curiosity, and continuous improvement.
• Build capabilities to scale optimization across multiple clients and verticals.
• 10+ years of experience in hands-on optimization and analytics within an agency, consultancy, or ad tech environment.
• Proficiency with data and visualization tools (SQL, Python/R, Power BI, Tableau, Datorama).
• Familiarity with the ad tech and mar tech ecosystem (DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, attribution and measurement platforms).

Group Director, Optimization

• We are looking for a passionate, collaborative, and adaptable Group Director, Measurement to join Redbox, Crossmedia’s analytics and business intelligence team. We are an integrated analytics practice that empowers our clients to make media investment decisions by understanding the dynamic between building their brands and driving performance.
• Our clients look to us to design media measurement that holds media accountable, informs budget optimization, and quantifies business impact.
• As a GD, Measurement Lead you will drive day to day analytics excellence for our clients.
• You will help promote data driven decision making across the agency and with our clients.
• You will partner with senior clients to translate their business objectives into actionable measurement frameworks. These include identifying the right metrics to measure, selecting and executing an analytics methodology, and developing an optimization plan.
• Crossmedia’s measurement solutions determine incrementality, are holistic (cross channel and full funnel), and focus on business outcomes rather than vanity metrics.
• The Measurement Lead will interpret results, provide insight, and determine a recommended course of action.
• You will bring measurement to life for our clients through storytelling, data visualization, and reporting.
• You will be the expert in senior client meetings. You are expected to guide the discussion, present findings and recommendations, and simplify advanced analytics.
• Work with our media team to understand historical media performance, optimal media budget, and allocate budget across multiple media channels
• Mentor and help junior team members to learn and grow.
