Director, Media Planning – Temporary

Performance Marketing

• Assist with the development and implement comprehensive SEM strategies to meet client objectives.
• Hands-on experience in the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital media campaigns with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, including Google & Microsoft Ads, SA360 (Search Ads 360), and other third-party management platforms.
• Execute a variety of media tactics, such as Google PMAX & Demand Gen, Retargeting, Audience Targeting, and Shopping campaigns.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to interpret overall search performance metrics and trends.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and provide actionable insights and recommendations for campaign optimization.
• Implement A/B testing strategies to continuously improve ad performance and ROI.
• Communicate effectively with clients both verbally and in written form, demonstrating strong presentation skills.

Media Buyer, Integrated Media Investment – Temporary

• We are hiring a Director, Integrated Investment in a full time temporary role through August (benefits eligible).
• As a champion of media investment, the Director is responsible for delivering a level of innovation and excellence in work.
• The Director's responsibility is in oversight of client media investment oversight:
• Engagement in Enterprise Partnership Program (EPP)
• Lead Agency Negotiator, Client voice & potential New Business
• Consummate communicator Client, Account team and Investment Leadership
• The focus is leading the One Marketplace team across direct buys, biddable, offline, procurement - ensuring you bring all channels into one cohesive team and optimal media investment approach.
• The Director is the steward of the investment product that is delivered to each client, providing strategic leadership based on an in-depth understanding of each clients’ business, their target consumer and unique category dynamics.
• While investment stewardship is the Director’s core responsibility, participation in other activities is a must.

Director, Integrated Media Investment – Temporary

Product Analyst

• Conduct structured interviews and working sessions with teams across Planning, Investment, Analytics, Ad Operations, Media Operations and Finance to map end-to-end workflows as they actually operate today
• Create and maintain process documentation (swimlane diagrams, service blueprints, journey maps) that captures cross-functional handoffs, decision points, data dependencies, and pain points
• Identify patterns across teams, where workflows converge, where they diverge for good reasons, and where divergence is just accumulated drift
• Build and sustain trusted relationships with functional leads and practitioners so that discovery is collaborative, not extractive
• Translate workflow insights into well-structured product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications that a development team can build from
• Partner with the XMOS Product Owner to prioritize the portal backlog based on user impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment
• Validate requirements with the practitioners who surfaced them, close the loop so teams see their input reflected in what gets built
• Maintain a living requirements repository that evolves as workflows change and new clients onboard
• Maintain defined touchpoints with the Foundational Data workstream to ensure portal requirements account for data availability, taxonomy standards, and infrastructure timelines
• Coordinate with the AI & Automation workstream to identify workflows ripe for automation and ensure the portal surfaces AI-driven capabilities where they create the most value
• Serve as the workflow context expert that both adjacent workstreams can draw on — you hold the map of how the business operates, which is essential context for infrastructure and automation decisions
• Define and track adoption metrics for portal features post-launch — usage patterns, friction points, feature engagement
• Use data to validate whether what was built actually solved the problem that was discovered, close the feedback loop between discovery and delivery
• Identify underutilized capabilities and work with the Product Owner to determine whether the gap is awareness, usability, or fit

Business Intelligence Developer

• We’re seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst, a role that combines strong technical expertise with strategic thinking and a deep understanding of how data drives business decisions.
• The ideal candidate is comfortable owning projects end-to-end — from translating business questions into data requirements to delivering polished, executive-ready dashboards and insights.
• You should be highly analytical and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
• You must be confident working with complex, multi-source datasets and capable of identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data integrity.
• Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders, translating data into actionable recommendations.
• In a media and marketing analytics environment, looking for someone who understands campaign performance metrics, audience measurement, and cross-channel reporting.
• You should have experience building client-facing dashboards and be comfortable operating in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings where accuracy and presentation quality are critical.
