Account Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact to select broker-dealers (e.g., Charles Schwab, Edward Jones, Envestnet, LPL, Raymond James, Stifel, Wells Fargo, etc.).
• Secure, maintain, and optimize Crossmark’s product placements with national broker-dealer platforms, TAMPs, and clearing firms.
• Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with research analysts, product managers, and due diligence teams to drive platform placement, recommended list status, and model portfolio inclusion.
• Develop, execute, and monitor comprehensive annual business plans for focus firms to meet asset growth and retention targets.
• Share actionable platform business intelligence, gatekeeper feedback, and product availability with wholesalers to support regional sales effectiveness.
• Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to maximize campaigns, national conferences, and industry event sponsorships.
• Provide strategic guidance for the RFP and DDQ process to ensure messaging is tailored to platform expectations.
• Contribute to internal product development and launch initiatives, providing vital feedback on platform demand and onboarding requirements.
