Build financial strategies supporting innovation and strengthening the affiliate ecosystem
Help position CrossFit for sustained success through its continued transformation
Lead the company's financial strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant executive finance leadership experience with responsibility for large, complex P&Ls
Proven experience serving as a CFO or senior finance executive in a high-growth, transformation-focused environment
Private equity experience with a demonstrated track record of driving value creation
Experience leading organizations through periods of change, transformation, and growth
Deep expertise in financial planning, capital allocation, operational finance, and strategic decision-making
Exceptional leadership, communication, and executive influencing skills
High integrity and sound judgment
Ability to balance strategic vision with operational execution
CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced financial credentials preferred
Genuine connection to CrossFit, its methodology, affiliate community, or ecosystem
Experience with consumer brands, affiliate or franchise business models, or membership-based organizations
Passion for building high-performing teams, developing leaders, and fostering accountability and collaboration
