About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and prioritize a caseload of appraisal orders
Assist with ordering appraisals through Mercury Network and assign requests to qualified appraisers within established time frames
Maintain workflow efficiency through Encompass and Mercury Network
Process payments according to company and department policies and processes
Maintain reports tracking appraisal assignments from order date through final completion
Communicate with appraisers and AMCs through Encompass and Mercury Network
Reply to customer emails and confirm appointment scheduling
Assist Processors, Underwriters, Loan Officers, and Loan Processors with appraisal ordering and condition-management tasks
Explain product and service progress to customers while collaborating with vendors
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with FHA and VA appraisal order placement
Appraisal knowledge preferred
Knowledge of industry-standard computer programs
Excellent prioritization and time management skills
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work Pacific Standard Time Zone working hours
