About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Supports the McCauley team of CrossCountry Mortgage in Dallas, TX.
Responsible for managing the loan officers’ schedules and assists the Loan Processor.
Manages the branch lead tracker and branch database.
Maintains business rapport.
Schedules all loan officer appointments, including new leads and additional appointments for the Branch Manager.
Takes all incoming calls.
Assists Loan Partner II with clerical tasks, such as copying and faxing documents.
Schedules regular weekly face-to-face meetings based on branch metrics and operations.
Meets branch objectives specific to pre-qualifications and pre-approvals.
Attends branch events to assist Loan Officer in building clientele.
Completes and maintains branch-assigned checklists, files, analysis within allotted branch deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years’ residential mortgage processing experience.
Encompass experience, required.
Experience with RESPA and general knowledge of all mortgage and consumer lending regulations, and loan documents preferred.
Excellent math and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook & Windows.
