Business Development Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Bryan, OH office of CrossCountry Mortgage.
- Drive growth and expanding the customer base of the retail mortgage branch.
- Develop strategic partnerships and foster relationships.
- Implement marketing initiatives to increase loan origination and revenue.
- Identify, target, and develop new referral partner relationships.
- Maintain and develop client relationships with existing and new accounts.
- Organize and conduct weekly meetings with referral partners.
- Collaborate with internal marketing and loan origination team.
- Attend local and regional networking events.
- Follow up with leads to ensure business growth.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of business development or sales experience in the mortgage, real estate, or financial services industry.
- Experience in an administrative or office management capacity.
- Experience running meetings and facilitating projects and events.
- Experience maintaining a professional network preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
- Advanced networking and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, collaboration and negotiation skills.
- Skilled at prioritizing and organization to manage multiple engagements weekly.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
