About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and respond to incoming leads
Take complete and compliant loan applications
Run credit, pricing scenarios, and AUS findings
Pre-qualify clients and structure appropriate loan programs
Clearly explain the loan process to clients and referring agents
Prepare and send pre-qualification letters and documentation requests
Maintain ongoing communication with pre-approved buyers
Track and manage all leads and pipeline activity
Request and manage all loan disclosures
Prepare and submit a complete, clean file to processing
Lock loans and coordinate re-disclosures

Requirements

What you’ll need

Active NMLS License
Experience running AUS
Advanced knowledge of mortgage guidelines and loan programs
Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
Skilled at managing multiple files in a dynamic environment
