About the role
- Manage and respond to incoming leads
- Take complete and compliant loan applications
- Run credit, pricing scenarios, and AUS findings
- Pre-qualify clients and structure appropriate loan programs
- Clearly explain the loan process to clients and referring agents
- Prepare and send pre-qualification letters and documentation requests
- Maintain ongoing communication with pre-approved buyers
- Track and manage all leads and pipeline activity
- Request and manage all loan disclosures
- Prepare and submit a complete, clean file to processing
- Lock loans and coordinate re-disclosures
Requirements
- Active NMLS License
- Experience running AUS
- Advanced knowledge of mortgage guidelines and loan programs
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up and time management skills
- Skilled at managing multiple files in a dynamic environment
