Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure efficient loan processing and funding by leveraging various systems and tracking tools.
Serve as the primary borrower liaison, building lasting client relationships.
Coordinate with Operations, Closing, and Underwriting teams across Valere.
Verify loan file compliance, gather required documentation, and review funding packages for accuracy.
Monitor credit utilization and manage multiple loans simultaneously.
Provide superior customer service to consistently exceed client expectations.
Review and update policies procedures as needed.
Assist in training of new team members.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, preferred.
5 + years of relevant experience in the financial services and/or real estate industry.
Experience leading transaction teams and managing customer interactions.
Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process.
Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
Skilled in collaboration to support effective cross-functional coordination.
Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
