About the role
- Ensure efficient loan processing and funding by leveraging various systems and tracking tools.
- Serve as the primary borrower liaison, building lasting client relationships.
- Coordinate with Operations, Closing, and Underwriting teams across Valere.
- Verify loan file compliance, gather required documentation, and review funding packages for accuracy.
- Monitor credit utilization and manage multiple loans simultaneously.
- Provide superior customer service to consistently exceed client expectations.
- Review and update policies procedures as needed.
- Assist in training of new team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field, preferred.
- 5 + years of relevant experience in the financial services and/or real estate industry.
- Experience leading transaction teams and managing customer interactions.
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM.
- Advanced knowledge of the loan closing process.
- Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Skilled in collaboration to support effective cross-functional coordination.
- Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards.
