About the role
- Provide exceptional customer service and file quality
- Obtain and verify necessary documentation for condo project analysis
- Communicate directly with condo reviewers and loan officers
- Work with Homeowners Associations (HOA’s), Loan Officers, Project Reviewers, agencies, and other professional services
- Perform thorough reviews and analysis of project questionnaires, budgets, and insurance policies
- Obtain complete project packages before submission to project review
- Directly communicate with customers to obtain missing documentation
- Manage pipeline within allotted turn times
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years’ residential mortgage processing experience
- Excellent math and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce & Windows
- Fluency in Spanish and English
