About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

own delivery of your assigned workstream across end-to-end Coupa implementations, executing all phases from requirements through deployment across modules
facilitate requirements-gathering workshops and perform fit-gap analysis
redesign business processes within your workstream by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions
perform hands-on configuration and manage integration touchpoints, testing cycles, and supplier enablement activities
serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for client stakeholders within your workstream
perform data analysis, import/export formatting, and test script development
identify reusable design patterns and proactively recommend configurations or process changes
contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of consulting and/or relevant industry experience
hands-on functional experience implementing one or more Coupa modules (Procurement, Payables, Expenses, Sourcing, Contracts, or Supplier Management)
background in Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain Management, Finance and/or Accounting
bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
Coupa certification preferred
