About the role

  • Spearhead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, guiding clients through the full transaction lifecycle
  • Direct the development of quality of earnings analyses, net working capital assessments, and cash flow analyses
  • Oversee the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions
  • Drive hypothesis-led, data-enabled approaches to uncover performance trends
  • Integrate leading analytics tools into diligence workflows
  • Contribute to developing and implementing firm-approved, AI-enabled solutions for clients
  • Stay informed about emerging AI tools and collaborate with leadership

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus
  • CPA, CA,or CFA certification preferred
  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or a related field within a public accounting or professional services environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%
