About the role

  • Monitor assigned business applications and integrations to ensure stable performance and successful execution of system tasks
  • Support multiple systems concurrently, ensuring consistent processes, documentation, and user experience across platforms
  • Manage ticket queues, troubleshoot and resolve user issues, and escalate as needed to maintain service quality
  • Work with system owners and technical leads to assess and configure new releases and enhancements
  • Perform standard BAU activities such as user setup, permission adjustments, and routine maintenance
  • Translate business needs into detailed requirements, specifications, and test plans
  • Document system processes, workflows, and operational procedures to support long-term sustainability
  • Partner with business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication, manage expectations, and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Support the preparation of reports, slide decks, and other materials for governance and change-management forums
  • Administer change request tracking and support governance workflows
  • Contribute to change-management activities, such as drafting communications, creating training materials, documenting new processes, and assessing change impacts and risks
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve system efficiency, and enhance the user experience
  • Assist in developing project plans and change-management plans for system and process initiatives
  • Support a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation within the technology team

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ experience supporting multiple enterprise systems in a system administration, systems analyst, or application support role (HRIS, Finance, CRM, PSA, T&E)
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting user issues and performing core system administration activities (user setup, permissions, configuration, maintenance)
  • Experience working across multiple systems simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize and manage competing requests
  • Strong documentation skills, including experience creating process documentation, workflows, or standard operating procedures
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly
  • Experience working with business stakeholders across functions such as HR, Finance, and Operations
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (InvGate preferred) and structured support processes
  • Understanding of data security and access management principles
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Customer-focused mindset with a desire to improve systems, processes, and user experience
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and cross-functional environment
