Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience advising commercial companies or private equity-backed portfolio companies in in-house roles such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Director of Accounting or consulting experience in technical accounting or accounting transformation\n
  • Prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm)\n
  • Proven track record as an influential change agent, championing, organizing, and successfully and efficiently implementing new ideas and initiatives\n
  • Demonstrated experience successfully mentoring and leading a team\n
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n
  • CPA or CA certification preferred
