- We are seeking experienced accounting leaders—Controllers, Assistant Controllers, and senior managers—for an Associate Director role to lead transformational projects, develop junior team members, and collaborate with clients for accounting and reporting challenges and business development activities
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience advising commercial companies or private equity-backed portfolio companies in in-house roles such as Controller, Assistant Controller, or Director of Accounting or consulting experience in technical accounting or accounting transformation\n
- Prior experience in professional services (public accounting, advisory firm, or management consulting firm)\n
- Proven track record as an influential change agent, championing, organizing, and successfully and efficiently implementing new ideas and initiatives\n
- Demonstrated experience successfully mentoring and leading a team\n
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field\n
- CPA or CA certification preferred
