Bring a diligence mindset to build innovative solutions for clients leveraging data for performance analytics and insights related to M&A, divestitures, carve-outs, and exit preparedness
Utilize core accounting and financial due diligence skills to ensure data is reconciled and built at the transaction-level supporting auditable performance metrics
Provide strategic counsel to corporate and private equity leaders and influence key decision-makers
Perform data extraction, transformation, modeling, visualization, benchmarking, and descriptive/predictive analyses
Lead high-performing teams in data analytics, consulting, and private equity to drive business and commercial insights
Cultivate and deepen client relationships, conduct client interviews, and guide clients through analytics roadmaps and implementations
Develop thought leadership and intellectual capital using data and insights
Contribute to continuous improvement of the practice and support business development activities
Coach, mentor, and develop team members, provide feedback and annual performance reviews
Suggest and leverage tools to automate end-to-end client processes from data extraction to reporting
Contribute to creation of forecasting and predictive analytics models
Lead data-driven discussions and translate complex findings into clear strategic recommendations
Requirements
Extensive ability and proven skills in data processing tools such as Alteryx, PowerQuery, Excel, SQL, Python
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
Experience in SaaS, Industrial Manufacturing, Healthcare, Consumer Products, Retail and/or Professional Services industries
Experience with analytics around ARR cube and snowball, revenue/margin and price-volume, and/or cash collections waterfall
Experience in functional areas like supply chain, operations, and corporate finance
Experience with advanced analytical methods including statistical pricing studies, customer lifetime value analyses, customer persistency/retention analyses, geospatial analyses, and statistical clustering analyses
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with clients and internal teams
Demonstrated interest in consulting and experience in a fast-paced M&A environment
Flexibility and willingness to travel
Strong academic record, including relevant coursework
Experience mentoring junior team members and coaching colleagues
Experience in business integrations, divestitures, or carve-outs
Transactions experience focused on quality of earnings, net working capital, and cash flows
Minimum 5 years of total relevant experience involving financial due diligence for transaction services and data analytics
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or similar discipline
