Accounting Manager

• As the Accounting Manager, you will report to the Assistant Controller and will be responsible for various aspects of financial accounting, reporting and compliance to ensure accuracy, efficiency and adherence to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and regulatory standards. This role also requires a strong understanding of financial systems, particularly Sage Intacct, Salesforce and Kantata, as well as excellent organizational and communication skills. The Accounting Manager will partner with a team of accounting professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure accurate and timely reporting of CrossCountry’s financial results. This position is based out of our DC office and the person is expected to be in the office three days per week.
