About the role

Own QA strategy and execution for your squad, including manual and automated testing
Design comprehensive test plans and maintain detailed, reproducible test cases
Develop and expand automated test suites for APIs, web apps, and backend systems
Work closely with Developers, Product, and DevOps to shift-left and integrate testing early
Track, triage, and follow through on bugs with clarity and urgency
Mentor junior engineers and help build a scalable testing culture
Help build a culture of quality through documentation, metrics, and knowledge sharing

Fluent in English and Hebrew - written and verbal
5+ years of hands-on QA experience in complex software environments
Proven experience writing automated tests in tools like Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, or similar
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, CI/CD, and SDLC best practices
Experience testing APIs (Postman, REST, GraphQL) and backend systems
Familiarity with modern QA frameworks and version control systems (Git)
Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in distributed teams
Obsessed with quality and passionate about preventing bugs
