About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and ship high-quality products and improvements, from early concepts to high-fidelity prototypes and visuals
Partner closely with engineering, product management, AI research, and design peers to define both long-term strategy and short-term tactics
Conduct user research to understand our users better and inform product decisions.
Synthesize user and business insights to solve complex product challenges and improve design outcomes.
A passion for turning complexity into usable, beautiful experiences.
Integrate and use our design system to deliver product consistency and alignment
Rapidly explore and prototype interactive concepts around emerging UX patterns and AI-ready design languages
Deliver accessible, high-quality visual and interaction design from concept to completion that builds trust and showcases the power of our technology

Requirements

What you’ll need

Native-level fluency in both English and Hebrew (written and verbal) - Must
You have a portfolio demonstrating 5+ years of experience designing and successfully launching beautiful and intuitive real-world digital products.
Experience leading and conducting user testing and user research.
Best practices for designing and prototyping in Figma.
Experience working in modern web development, e.g., React, CSS, HTML, JavaScript, etc.
Experience with WCAG compliance and/or implementing accessibility best practices
