About the role
- Assist with the monthly financial close process, including tracking and follow-up tasks
- Assist the bookkeeper with day-to-day bookkeeping
- Create and manage requisitions and Archers for supplier payments
- Administer and manage Bill.com tasks, acting as budget owner or system admin for specific budgets
- Review and validate international travel reports and event-related receipts
- Capture, organize, and archive financial documentation such as invoices, vendor records, and reports
- Support vendor offboarding processes and assist with finance tasks related to new banking operations
- Manage the “Jgive” donation platform from A to Z
- Help prepare budgeting tools ("baskets") for budget owners during budget planning cycles
- Provide general support for office finance preparations, especially during new floor transitions
- Work closely with finance leads and take ownership of recurring tasks
Requirements
- Bookkeeper 1+2 certification – a must
- 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or administrative roles
- Basic familiarity with bookkeeping tools and platforms
- Strong Excel and document organization skills
- Tech-Savvy
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- High level of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Fluent in English and Hebrew proficiency
- Eagerness to grow within a fintech environment—no task is too small or too big
- Experience with Workday – an advantage
