About the role
- Build and manage payments rails and products (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring)
- Design product strategy and define target audience and go-to-market strategy
- Own the product development and commercialization of Cross River’s Payments products
- Own the P&L of at least one of Cross River’s Payments products
- Write requirements for Engineers and other stakeholders; run Engineering grooming sessions and standups
- Coordinate complex execution plans and end-to-end execution across teams
- Conduct periodic product reviews with stakeholders and oversee regulatory compliance
- Ensure proper governance around initiatives and support audit activities
- Champion a client-centric approach and ensure product development starts and ends with the client in mind
- Execute go-live strategy with Design, Marketing, Sales, and relevant stakeholders
- Foster continuous improvement with iteration, retrospectives, and direct communication
- Partner with the Data team to develop and maintain tracking and reporting of KPIs
Requirements
- Available working some US hours
- Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal, sufficient for achieving consensus and success in a remote and largely asynchronous work environment - Must
- Proven success building platforms to offer Payments networks (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments) to customers
- Experience with industry standard formats (ISO20022, NACHA)
- Experience with business cases, pricing, and P&L management
- Proven track record of technical product development, commercialization and launching new products
- Understanding of APIs and microservices
- 4+ years of experience in Product Management
- Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices
- Experience managing regulatory and network compliance, BSA/AML, risk, and operational challenges
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Bonus: Successfully implemented Objectives and Key Results, pre and post launch
