About the role

  • Assist with the monthly financial close process, including tracking and follow-up tasks
  • Assist the bookkeeper with the day to day bookkeeping
  • Create and manage requisitions and Archers for supplier payments
  • Administer and manage Bill.com tasks, acting as budget owner or system admin for specific budgets
  • Review and validate international travel reports and event-related receipts
  • Capture, organize, and archive financial documentation such as invoices, vendor records, and reports
  • Support vendor offboarding processes and assist with finance tasks related to new banking operations
  • Manage the “Jgive” donation platform from A to Z
  • Help prepare budgeting tools ("baskets") for budget owners during budget planning cycles
  • Provide general support for office finance preparations, especially during new floor transitions
  • Work closely with finance leads and gain exposure to internal systems and international processes
  • Take ownership of recurring finance tasks and support team efficiency

Requirements

  • Bookkeeper 1+2 certification – a must
  • 0–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, finance, or administrative roles
  • Basic familiarity with bookkeeping tools and platforms
  • Strong Excel and document organization skills
  • Tech-Savy
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management
  • High level of responsibility and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Comfortable communicating in English (written and verbal)
  • Fluent in English and Hebrew proficiency
  • Eagerness to grow within a fintech environment—no task is too small or too big
  • Experience with Workday – an advantage
