About the role

  • Build and manage payments products and rails (ACH, Wires, FedNow, RTP, Card Payments and Acquiring)
  • Design product strategy and define target audience and go-to-market
  • Own product development, commercialization, and P&L for payments products
  • Write requirements for engineers and stakeholders, run engineering grooming sessions and standups, and coordinate complex execution plans
  • Conduct product reviews, ensure regulatory and network compliance, adhere to operating model, and support audit activities
  • Work cross-functionally with Design, Marketing, Sales, Data, and Engineering to execute go-live and KPI tracking
  • Champion a client-centric approach and foster continuous improvement with retrospectives and iteration

Requirements

  • Available working some US hours
  • Proficient in Hebrew and English both written and verbal (must)
  • Proven success building platforms to offer Payments networks (RTP, FedNow, ACH, FedWire, International Payments) to customers
  • Experience with industry standard formats (ISO20022, NACHA)
  • Experience with business cases, pricing, and P&L management
  • Proven track record of technical product development, commercialization and launching new products
  • Understanding of APIs and microservices
  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Understanding of financial services industry regulations and best practices (including BSA/AML, risk, and operational compliance)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bonus: Successfully implemented Objectives and Key Results (OKRs)
  • Bonus: Successfully supported Audit requests/activities
