About the role
- Lead implementation and evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform at Cross River
- Design, administer, and continuously improve Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Teams, and Outlook
- Support high-impact business processes from partner onboarding to enterprise workflow automation
- Work with stakeholders across time zones to translate needs into scalable configurations and sustainable architecture
- Own architecture, governance, release management, CI/CD, ALM, environment security, compliance (GDPR, GLBA), and disaster recovery
- Provide technical support, training, and act as SME for partner onboarding and cross-functional solutions
- Champion data accuracy, oversee documentation, data uploads, reporting, capacity planning, licensing, provisioning, and telemetry
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in enterprise software design and administration
- 5–7 years of direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Platform, Power Pages, Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, and MS Teams
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Hands-on experience with Visual Studio, Git, C#/.NET, SQL, and the Microsoft developer ecosystem
- Proficiency administering CRM systems, managing business flows, security roles, and model-driven apps
- Availability to work primarily US hours (NY Time Zone) and work asynchronously
- Experience with TypeScript, Liquid, Azure DevOps YAML pipelines, CI/CD test automation, telemetry, and monitoring
- Familiarity with DevOps, Agile, and SDLC best practices
- Experience in banking/fintech, portal implementations, and data governance (bonus)
- Power BI, Visio, Excel, basic SQL, and Microsoft certifications (bonus)
- Fluent in Hebrew and English; solution-oriented self-starter with strong communication
