About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- B2B Relationship Management: Manage incoming corporate inquiries across phone and digital platforms, consistently meeting strict safety standards and service benchmarks.

Requirements
What you’ll need- Language Skills: Fluent proficiency in both German and Dutch is required.
