About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for technical and visual on-site inspections to ensure that all work is executed in accordance with the execution plans, specifications, and our quality standards
Daily communication with subcontractors to proactively avoid obstacles and delays
Careful monitoring of on-site progress to ensure reliable adherence to the master schedule
Documentation of defects caused by subcontractors and tracking deadlines to ensure proper rectification
Conduct weekly site inspections, prepare reports and photo documentation, and manage transparency via Google Workspace and our project management software

Requirements

What you’ll need

A completed degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable qualification
At least 3 to 5 years of professional experience in site management, ideally in building construction with a focus on renovation projects
Knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.) as well as common construction management software
Fluent German (C1/C2) and a confident, assertive yet cooperative manner
Driver’s license and willingness to visit construction sites daily (on-site/office-first)
Strong practical mentality and an entrepreneurial mindset
