  • Eligible to work in Malaysia
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • 2–4 years of customer support experience
  • Experience within fintech, banking, trading, cryptocurrency, or financial services
  • Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other analytical disciplines
  • Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading platforms and digital asset markets
