About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer support via live chat and email in Mandarin and English
- Deliver accurate, efficient, and high-quality customer service experiences
- Assist users with platform-related inquiries, account issues, and service requests
- Monitor and follow up on customer concerns and escalations
- Identify operational risks, discrepancies, and process improvement opportunities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent Mandarin and English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in customer service, live chat, or email support environments
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with data, numbers, and financial information
- Interest in cryptocurrency, fintech, financial markets, or digital assets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Eligible to work in Malaysia
- Preferred Qualifications
- 2–4 years of customer support experience
- Experience within fintech, banking, trading, cryptocurrency, or financial services
- Educational background in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or other analytical disciplines
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency trading platforms and digital asset markets
