Requirements

What you’ll need

Native French (written and spoken)
Positive, customer-oriented, and solution-focused attitude
Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools
Customer support experience preferred but not required
Valid work authorization in the EU for employment in Portugal
Stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
Availability for rotating shifts (24/7) or Monday–Friday schedules depending on the project
