Requirements
What you’ll need- Native French (written and spoken)
- Positive, customer-oriented, and solution-focused attitude
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to new tools
- Customer support experience preferred but not required
- Valid work authorization in the EU for employment in Portugal
- Stable internet connection and a suitable home workspace
- Availability for rotating shifts (24/7) or Monday–Friday schedules depending on the project
