Czech-Speaking Account Executive – 4-Month Training in Madrid
Cross Border TalentsCzech-Speaking Account Executive managing the entire sales cycle with a focus on Czech market. Responsible for outbound prospecting, closing subscription sales, and maintaining client relationships.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing new business
- Build and develop your own portfolio of clients within the Czech market
- Carry out high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach methods
- Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls each day
- Qualify prospective customers and identify business opportunities
- Deliver engaging online product demonstrations
- Guide prospective customers through free trial periods
- Negotiate commercial agreements and close subscription sales
- Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team following a successful sale
- Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline
- Achieve and exceed KPIs related to: Outbound activity Calls completed Product demonstrations Trial-to-paid conversions Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or bilingual Czech
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1–6 years of experience in a sales role (Account Executive, Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales Contact Centre Sales)
- Previous cold-calling experience is essential
- Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day
- Proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset
- Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable
- Must already be legally residing in Spain
- Flexibility to work hours that align with the US time zone when required
