About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing new business
  • Build and develop your own portfolio of clients across the UK and Irish markets
  • Carry out high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach methods
  • Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls each day
  • Qualify prospective customers and identify business opportunities
  • Deliver engaging online product demonstrations
  • Guide prospective customers through free trial periods
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close subscription sales
  • Ensure a smooth handover of new customers to the Customer Experience team following a successful sale
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and effectively manage your sales pipeline
  • Achieve and exceed KPIs related to: Outbound activity, Calls completed, Product demonstrations, Trial-to-paid conversions, Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native-level English (British or Irish)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 1–6 years of experience in a sales role, such as: Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telesales Executive, Outbound Sales, Contact Centre Sales
  • Previous cold-calling experience is essential
  • Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls per day
  • A proven ability to close sales and consistently meet or exceed targets
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset
  • Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable
  • Must already be legally residing in Spain
  • Flexibility to work hours that align with the US time zone when required
