German-Speaking Account Executive
Cross Border TalentsGerman-Speaking Account Executive managing the sales cycle and building a customer portfolio remotely from Spain. Conducting outbound prospecting and exceeding sales KPIs.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing new subscriptions
- Build and develop your own portfolio of potential customers within the German market
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting through cold calling and other outreach channels
- Make approximately 80–100 outbound calls per day
- Qualify leads and identify business opportunities
- Deliver online product demonstrations and presentations
- Guide customers through the free trial process
- Negotiate and close subscription agreements
- Hand over new customers to the Customer Experience team after a successful sale
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your sales pipeline
- Meet and exceed KPIs related to outbound activity, demos, conversions, and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native or bilingual German
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- 1–6 years of sales experience in roles such as: Account Executive, Business Development Representative (BDR), Sales Development Representative (SDR), Telesales, Outbound Sales, Call Centre Sales
- Previous cold-calling experience is mandatory
- Comfortable making 80–100 outbound calls daily
- Strong closing and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a KPI-focused mindset
- Experience managing the full sales cycle is highly desirable
- Must already be legally residing in Spain
- Availability to work with flexibility aligned to the US time zone when required
