French Customer Support Agent

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Answer incoming calls and assist customers by phone, email and chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Deliver a positive customer experience and foster customer loyalty
- Manage cases efficiently using various internal tools and systems
- Actively contribute to a motivated, collaborative team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
- Customer-service oriented, empathetic, with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
- Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
