Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Good command of English (B2) for internal communication
Customer-service oriented, empathetic, with excellent communication skills
Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
Previous customer service experience is a plus (not required)
Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
