French Customer Support Agent

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle incoming calls and assist customers by phone, email, and chat
- Identify customers' needs and recommend the best solutions
- Deliver a positive customer experience and strengthen customer loyalty
- Manage customer files efficiently using various tools and internal systems
- Actively contribute to a motivated, collaborative team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in French (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
- Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
- Previous customer service experience is an asset (not required)
- Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
