Requirements

What you’ll need

Fluent in French (spoken and written)
Good level of English (B2) for internal communication
Strong customer-service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills
Comfortable with computer tools and multitasking
Previous customer service experience is an asset (not required)
Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
