About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Provide fast and accurate solutions with a friendly and empathetic approach
- Help customers resolve service- or account-related issues
- Update and manage information in internal systems
- Collaborate with the team to ensure an optimal customer experience
Requirements
What you’ll need- French (C2 or higher)
- English (minimum B2)
