French Customer Support Agent

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers by phone, email, and chat
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best solutions
- Deliver a positive customer experience and build customer loyalty
- Manage cases efficiently using various internal tools and systems
- Actively contribute to a motivated, collaborative team environment
Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluency in French (spoken and written)
- Good level of English (B2) for internal communication; some positions are fully French-speaking
- Strong customer service orientation, empathy, and excellent communication skills
- Comfortable using computer tools and handling multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior customer service experience is a plus (not required)
- Right to work in Portugal (EU passport or Portuguese residence permit)
