  • Handle inquiries, log interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with an international team and contribute to continuous process improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Native French speaker or fluent in French, with a minimum English level of B2
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-service mindset with a positive and professional attitude
  • Ability to work remotely from Athens, or willingness to relocate and work on-site if coming from abroad
  • EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
