Key responsibilities & impact- Provide high-quality customer service in French and English via calls, chats and emails
- Handle inquiries, log interactions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with an international team and contribute to continuous process improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Native French speaker or fluent in French, with a minimum English level of B2
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Customer-service mindset with a positive and professional attitude
- Ability to work remotely from Athens, or willingness to relocate and work on-site if coming from abroad
- EU passport or valid work permit for Greece
